I attended Emotional intelligence program by Yogesh. It was great learning. I have done few online courses earlier to this, after attending this workshop I realized this is something we need to attend in person, discuss various situations brought up by participants. I loved the explanation how brain works when expected things go wrong and what you can do to clam down.
