Ravi is an Internationally accomplished learning and development professional with a proven track record in Organizational Talent Development for the past 20 years. Has rich experience crafting and facilitating leadership development programs and interventions within the business. He has led many in-house learning journeys at Wipro, including leadership development programs for BFSI  within the company, and used multiple mediums of assessments, classroom, outbound programs, virtual learning, and gamification to achieve the desired people development goals.
Ravi has also served at HCL, NIS Sparta and two other organisations in an overall career spanning 34 years. He is an engineer from IIT-BHU, Varanasi and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj, Mumbai, 1989.
In his facilitation, he leverages his expertise in talent development, sales management, building winning teams, and new market development to enable people to grow to the next level. He has personally trained over 1500 Project Managers, 500 Delivery Managers, and 150 Account Delivery Heads across India, US, APAC and Europe in the IT Industry alone using a leadership journey-based approach.
