Ravi Chatterjee

Ravi is an experienced facilitator with over 20 + years of experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness. Besides facilitation, he is experienced in selection, assessments, assimilation processes, performance management, succession planning, and change management while working in various domains like IT, ITeS, BFSI, and Consulting.
Ravi has served at Dell, Verizon, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, Zeta, Kotak, TVS Finance, Crisil, Mahindra Finance, Convergys, Toyota, GMR Group, CSS Coprp,  Sun Pharma, SumTotal , MakeMyTrip etc. He is accredited in various assessments, and psychometric tools line MBTI, DiSC, FIRO-B, Hogan, PAPI, Belbin, Predictive Index, TKI, Strong Career Interest Inventories, and Work of Leaders and is an accredited coach from Neuro Leadership Institute.
He has a postgraduate degree with a merit position from the School of Humanities with specialization in Techno-culture and Post-colonial studies from the University of Hyderabad with research publications in the areas of Techno-culture. Furthermore, he has earned a Ph.D. in Digital Humanities (Technology and its impact on Human Behavior). He is a regular speaker at various International Seminars on the Technology-Society-Culture interface and the recipient of the Dell Champion award for three consecutive years for his remarkable contribution to the global Talent Management practice and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation. He is a Certified Facilitator of Situational Leadership II by Ken Blanchard Inc and of 7 Habits Signature programs by Franklin Covey.  Ravi has designed and deployed many interventions with various groups of senior leaders, which required working with multiple assessments and internal 360 tools to create reflective signposts that would build a culture based on values of connection, recognition and choice.
