Ridhima has worked in Sales and Business Development for 14 Years. Completed Graduation in 2005. She Started her Career working with Dell as a Customer Service Rep and got promoted to Case Manager, since then got into the Education Industry as a Business Development Manager as she is very passionate about Sales. She believes that Sales is the way of winning the Customers.
At Crossover Leadership Journeys she handles New accounts acquisition and building partnership accounts in the L&D space. She has the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. She has the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and retention. She is capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. To work closely with the marketing and product/content team to align strategies and offerings and be able to work effectively in a team. She is highly committed to providing excellent client service.
