Our clients loved our readiness and in less than two years by 2018, we won the trust of 24 clients. The blog I wrote that year — “24 Months, 24 Clients, 24 Crozies” is a nice read on our first 2 year journey and it wasn’t just about numbers but it was about relationships, courage, and commitment to make a difference. It was about the early believers who let us in on one hand and the clients who challenged our approach. The team at Crossover and the facilitators who stood live in front of the participants proved that our transformation model worked.
By 2020, we established ourselves as one of the respected brands in leadership development. Our fourth anniversary marked a time of deepening our conviction of helping organizations transform with world class content, industry experienced facilitators and robust journey approach.. We had expanded our leadership journeys to cover every layer within our client organization — from first-time managers to top leadership.
